Every time you download a file for example, from Hotfile.com, it tracks your IP address. So, either you wait or start your next download by changing your IP address.
Before you download anything from the links, take this file first, setup and patch. The files are already packed.
While downloading for example, FILEpart1.rar, change IP, then start your next intended download.
Naturally you would have already known that there are interchangeable links, so take advantage of those, to quickly complete your file.
